Regus is a unique facility in Malta that offers fully-serviced office workspaces, meeting rooms, coworking spaces and virtual offices to individuals.
The first Regus offices locally were and still are located in Swatar, however they have just inaugurated their second office centre in the Dragonara Business Centre in St. Julian's.
Following the strength and great demand of international individuals interested in unique office spaces, on 16th February 2017, a press-conference open to the public by booking was arranged to support the opening of the brand new offices of Regus, offering spaces for another 161 individuals. Chestertons Malta representatives attended the inauguration in which the Prime Minister of Malta, Joseph Muscat, was present for.
The new premise in St. Julians offers meeting rooms, virtual offices, 30 co-working desks as well as common areas, in total taking up 1 floor and a half of the Dragonara Complex that it is situated in. Andrew Grech, area manager at Regus says, "The location is crucial for foreign companies as they want the external environment, and not just office space per se", following this by saying that about 99% of Regus clients in Malta are foreign, in particular gaming companies and software development companies, along with start-up companies and foreign companies based in Malta.
