Chestertons Real Estate Training

With two new branches to be opened by the end of Summer and an influx of energetic and motivated property agents new to our team, Chestertons is consistently growing among its competitors in the real estate sector in Malta.

During the past week, Jill Fitzpatrick (Director of Learning Development at Chestertons) had visited us from London to provide a week-long training session in Real Estate to our new and existing agents along with sharing her experiences in London within the business as well as internationally.

"For me it is about not just watching but being part of the business, understanding not just what is happening now but what is happening in the future for both our customers and our employees. Then it's a matter of pushing myself the same way, looking for new ways to be better and do more. Delivering more training but in different ways to make it more accessible for people, looking for social learning situations, online and whatever else comes along in this fast moving world. Our agents had training sessions on the Chestertons Brand, Real Estate Techniques, Online and Offline Marketing, Business, and Teamwork. Chief Operating Officer at Chestertons, Ms. Natasha Pace commented, "The best session in the whole week for me personally, was about understanding better how to work with different personalities - in this business we come across many characters and each individual acts and reacts differently to situations. As a COO, I found this information to be extremely useful to assist me in my day-to-day life within the office as well as with meeting clients on the go." 

Fiona Caruana, one of our earliest property consultants, added, "Jill has made us more aware of how to present and prepare ourselves when meeting clients - how to be open-minded and attract business opportunities."

After a long, hard-working week we have bid Jill goodbye and look forward to having her stay with us in the near future.
